The overall diameter changes by about an inch, so you need the 5-lug knuckle (or maybe just the caliper bracket) to put the caliper in the right spot. On the rear, there's no converting the bolt pattern. You'll have to find a 5 lug axle assembly. All the more reason to find a parts truck.
