WebbI had a mouse problem a couple months ago and it chewed into my expensive protein powder bag. 😭 They indeed leave poop everywhere. I would also listen out for scuttering sounds or sounds of movement as those are signs of more mice. Also clear away any potential hiding places, clutter and don't leave food out.
