If I put it up to 225 it becomes less stable, but not too bad. Crashes here and there. But at 250, games crash constantly or won't even load at all. So I'd stick to 200. Maybe you can try a bit higher to squeeze a little more out of it, but I'm satisfied with 200 for now. Still pushing the memory clock though.
