WebPersonally, when I experience peeling lips it is either from sunburn or dehydration. Or a combination of both. I would recommend drinking a lot more fluids (like electrolyte drinks or water nothing with a bunch a sugar in it. Sugar is super dehydrating) and wearing a lip balm that contains SPF.
